Grown in the highlands of Sulawesi, Indonesia, near the village of Kalossi, this low-acid, full-bodied coffee is as smooth as it is bold. The region’s rich, volcanic soil and high-altitude climate create a velvety-smooth coffee with deep, earthy notes and a heady, exotic aroma.
We take these beans to a French Roast, adding even more depth to their inherently rich, full-bodied flavor. The result? A silky, low-acid brew with a smoky complexity, making it the perfect morning pick-me-up or an evening indulgence. If you love smooth, bold coffee with serious character, Dark Sulawesi Kalossi is a must-try!
Why You’ll Love It:
